May, 2005	We enlarged our factory to 1200 square footages; it can admit about 50 CNC auto-grinding machines in the future.
March, 2005	We got the ISO 9001:2000 international quality standards, and we had 7 CNC 5 axial auto-grinding machines in our factory, about 30 high exact machines and 30 work members.
October, 2004	New product, Tap and Drill cutters got the patent by the patent office.
September, 2004	We got the ISO 9001 international quality standard and the Georgia Certification Group lead us to be the professional team.
August, 2004	Zen Wu Zheng Sun Tool had corporation with the Yung-Ta Institute of Technology & Commerce to study about the manufacturing, improving and managing.
May, 2004	The	mark was registered to become the brand of Zen Wu Zheng Sun
	Tool Co., Ltd.
July, 2002	We created the new structure of burin, and we got the patent by the patent office.
May, 2002	We purchased the neighbor land about 117 square footages, and enlarge our factory to 233 square footages. The member is increase to 20.
August, 1996	We purchased the HMC400 5 axial auto-grinding machine of WALTER Company; it could make the quantity and exact products, for example: End mills reamers, cutters, and special tools. That is the big start of Zen Wu Zheng Sun to change.
August, 1995	Due to our products was popular among the customers; many suppliers ordered our products for long time, so we decided to introduce the CNC 5 axial auto-grinding machine. Then, we move to the industry area in Dashe Township, we had 12 members and that’s our company address till now.
February, 1992	We purchased the first CNC 4 axial Grinding Machine, professional manufacture the Drills and Reamers.
October, 1991	Zheng Sun Tool Co., Ltd changed the name to Zen Wu Zheng Sun Tool Co., Ltd
March, 1988	We purchased the land beside us about 42 square footages, and we purchased the brand new equipments for carrying on business, and we had six members at that time.
January, 1983	We changed the address of factory to ZenWu Township.
May, 1981	Zheng Sun Tool Co.,Ltd was originated by Mr. Chen Zheng Shin and Mrs. Chen. We professionally grind many kinds of cutters, to decrease the cost of our customers.
